This dish is quick and healthy.
6 salmon fillets
Salt and pepper
1/3 cup Panko bread crumbs
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup fresh, chopped parsley
1/3 cup butter, melted
1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2Lightly oil a baking sheet and place salmon on it.
3Season with salt and pepper.
4In a bowl, combine the bread crumbs, cheese and parsley.
5Pack crumb mixture on top of salmon to form a crust.
6Drizzle melted butter evenly over top.
7Bake until salmon is just cooked, about 10 minutes.
