This bright-coloured, light salad uses fresh ingredients and is a perfect side dish for a burger or to take to a potluck.


1/2 pound green beans

1/2 pound yellow beans

12 cherry tomatoes, halved

1/3 cup feta cheese

2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

1 teaspoon olive oil

1 clove garlic, minced

Salt and pepper to taste


1Mix together the balsamic, oil, garlic and salt and pepper

2Clean, trim and cut beans into bite-sized pieces

3Mix vegetables together in a medium-sized bowl with dressing

4Crumble feta cheese on top
