Instructions:

  1. Skip with delight to your favourite fresh fruit market, to select only the finest, most perfect fruit. This makes a great cardiovascular workout for the day.

  2. When you arrive back home and are ready to create the taste sensation of the century, with excited anticipation and enthusiasm rinse the blueberries, peel and chop the banana, remove the cores from the apples and cut them into quarters while you sing Figaro or any high tempo song of your choice.

  3. With tantalized taste buds, blend the fruits together with the juice or cider on high until smooth and do a little dance or just a few extended arm rolls to tone while you wait.  If you like a thicker and cooler smoothie, you can also add some ice cubes to your beautiful blend.

  4. Then zestfully add a teaspoon of protein powder and indulgently imagine yourself savouring it already while you blend again on high to thoroughly mix in the energy.

  5. Pour into fancy-schmancy cocktail glasses and enjoy while you treat every ounce of your being to this healthy, delicious, nutritious fruit sensation as a snack all on its own, or right along with any meal of the day!
